• Captured Content. Images you choose to capture using the Services and the corresponding automated analysis result.
• Audio Output. A spoken version of the automated analysis may be generated and played back to you.
• Device & Usage Data. Diagnostics, timestamps, device identifiers, and error reports needed to operate, secure, and improve the Services.
• Website, Cookies & Similar Technologies. When you visit IntelliHoodie.com or interact with our online content, we and our service providers (such as analytics and advertising partners) may automatically collect information using cookies, pixel tags, SDKs, or similar technologies. This may include IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages viewed, links clicked, and the date/time of visits. We use this information to operate our website, measure performance, and understand how people discover and use our Services.

We require service providers to use information only to perform services for us and to safeguard it appropriately.

4) Retention

• Captured images: handled temporarily for processing and then removed.
• Automated analysis outputs & event metadata: retained only as long as needed to operate the Services (e.g., reliability, troubleshooting, optional history features), then deleted or de-identified under defined schedules.
• Account, billing, and support records: retained as required by law and legitimate business needs.

5) Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including encryption in transit and access controls. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

6) International Data Transfers

Our service providers may process data in the United States and other countries with different data protection laws. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

7) Your Rights & Choices
